Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Psychoterapy
I’m a psychosexual and relationship therapist, offering a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space for individuals and couples.
I know that talking about sex, intimacy, or behaviours that feel out of control can be difficult. People often come to therapy feeling stuck, ashamed, or unsure how things got to this point. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come , we can make sense of it together.
I work with people who are struggling with compulsive behaviours, as well as couples who feel disconnected, caught in the same patterns, or unsure how to move forward. Whether something has just started to feel off, or it’s been going on for a long time, we can begin from where you are now.
My aim is to help you feel more at ease in yourself, and more able to create the kind of relationship, with yourself or with a partner, that feels right for you.
I’m a London-based psychosexual and relationship therapist with experience of working with individuals and couples. I’ve worked across NHS, community and private settings, supporting a wide range of sexual and relationship difficulties.
Before training as a therapist, I worked for nearly a decade in sexual health and wellbeing, which continues to inform my understanding of the links between the body, emotions and relationships.
I have a particular interest in compulsive sexual behaviours, including patterns that feel difficult to control, as well as working with couples experiencing disconnection, communication difficulties or intimacy issues.
My training allows me to work with the emotional, physical and relational aspects of these difficulties together, supporting change that feels meaningful and sustainable.
My approach
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative and grounded in curiosity rather than judgement.
We’ll take time to understand what’s happening for you — not just the behaviour or difficulty itself, but what sits underneath it. This might include looking at patterns in relationships, emotional responses, or earlier experiences that continue to shape things in the present.
If you’re struggling with compulsive behaviour, we’ll work gently to understand what drives it, what it might be doing for you, and how you can begin to develop more choice around it.
With couples, I help you slow things down and really hear one another, especially when conversations tend to go round in circles or escalate quickly. Together, we can begin to rebuild trust, improve communication, and reconnect both emotionally and physically.
I work in a way that is inclusive, sex-positive, and respectful of different identities, relationships and ways of living.
