I have experience working with adults, children, teenagers, couples, and families in a range of settings, including organisations such as the Sutton Women’s Centre, where I worked as a counsellor supporting women experiencing domestic abuse, and Place2Be, a London-based charity providing mental health support in schools.
I support clients facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, domestic abuse, anger management, self-harm, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, as well as low confidence and self-esteem. I also support families through parent–child work, focusing on relationships between parents and adolescents or adult children, and encouraging greater understanding and healthier communication.
Alongside my counselling work, I bring insight from a previous career in corporate travel, where I worked in international environments. This experience has given me a strong understanding of workplace-related stress, burnout, and anxiety, as well as the emotional impact of navigating different cultures, identity, and belonging.
I also value a holistic approach to well-being. As a former volleyball player and a keen swimmer and yoga practitioner, I appreciate the connection between physical and mental health, and how nurturing both can support resilience and personal growth.
