I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, and I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and loss. I have a particular focus on bereavement and grief, supporting people through the death of a loved one, the ending of a relationship, major life changes, or shifts in how they see themselves.
I have specialist experience supporting adults through bereavement, loss, and trauma. I’ve worked at a bereavement service and a women’s centre, providing counselling for survivors of domestic and sexual abuse.
Alongside my therapy training, I bring 15 years of experience working in corporate and creative industries. This allows me to understand the pressures of high-stress environments, work-related anxiety, burnout, and the impact of demanding professional roles on wellbeing and relationships.
My approach
I work integratively, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tailoring my work to each individual. Our work together can be short-term or long-term, depending on what feels most helpful for you.
Therapy may involve gaining insight into present-day difficulties, exploring how past experiences continue to influence the present, and reflecting on deeper questions of identity, meaning, and purpose.
My practice focuses on building insight and self-acceptance, while also supporting meaningful and lasting change. I aim to help you feel more grounded, authentic, and confident in yourself, both within and beyond the therapy room.
